Of Tooth Aches and Fainting Spells

I went back home to Penang last Friday. That makes it three days ago. I was so excited to go back home and everything. I mean, it's Penang for crying out loud! Yea, I know it's the fasting month but I was just thrilled by the idea of the food!

I was in the car with my bro and a couple of his friends. One of 'em really reminded me of Acap from ASASI...Hm, wonder what happened to that dude????

Anyway, even when I was in the car, I felt my gums salivating a bit more than usual due to the pain. Hey, these things have happened before and lots of my doctors say the same thing again and again.

"Your gums need water when it's the fasting month! They hurt more cuz' your dehydrated."

So I was in vein throbbing pain for the whole day on Saturday. I had to bukak puasa and take like brape puluh biji Ponstan in order to decrease like...gee 20 percent of the pain... The amount of pain killers I took shoulda made me feel like I was in heaven or something...

And then on Sunday...Tragedy...Striked...

I woke up...

Had Sahur with my family...

And then...

Stars, stars, stars...

I saw them...

And then it was total blackout...

Yeah, I fainted. I wasn't at all prepared for it. I was talking and I asked for the water... Suddenly, I saw stars and the next thing I knew was I was in my Mama's arms and she was yelling at me at the top of her lungs.

All I felt was pain all over me and all I heard was my Mom screaming my name.

Everybody was in such a panic. My bro said he thought some horrible thing had befallen on us. He said he was thinking of all the nightmarish things ever.

"Abang dok ingat orang masuk rumah ka, binatang ka! Ada api ka! Scary gila!"

My Mama kept saying what a big huge nightmare gone real life the whole thing was.

She said I'd reached out for the water and then I had it in my hand. I just blinked rapidly and I slumped over within a couple of seconds. Mama said she had no time to make a grab at me and that I fell over, broke the chair I was sitting in, hit my head, shoulder and the whole of my left side against the wall. Alhamdullillah, there was no blood. I wasn't injured in any way except for the fact that I still feel aches and pains on my neck, shoulder blade and hips and ribs...my head hurts most though...

Turned out I had my menses in the next few hours to come. I fainted cuz' of the pain of the tooth ache and my cramps from my menses. When we went to the doctor's, he simply said it was alright. Just that I had low blood due to the loss of blood from my cycle and he recommended I go over to an oxi-whatchamacallit facial surgeon to perform a minor surgery so that my swollen gums get to become normal again.

The stupid image of fainting

The real thing.

Due the medication he's given me, my gums have gone down a bit but it's still swollen and it still hurts when I eat something hard (tho dat doesn't stop me).

So tomorrow's the day I og to the dentist to get my swollen gums fixed. I'm skipping the whole week cuz' of the recovery rate I need after the operation.

Doa for me, my friends.

Michael Jackson, Puncak Perdana and pure TORTURE!!!!

Okay, first things first. Puncak Perdana. I'm sure many TESLians would know what I'm talking about here. It's just this god forsaken place in the middle of no where!! I went there cuz' I received the surat tawaran from the internet and it stated the date 27th July. I was already feeling sooo bummed about going back so early and then it went downhill!! So me and my bro and my mom drove there, right? And the stupid awful sign boards just keep on confusing people. We kept getting lost here and there! I was beginning to feel this awful sinking feeling right in the pit of my stomach. You know that feeling when all your intestines feel like they're swimming and wriggling about each other? And your organs feel like they're about to drop right out of your body? And when you feel like suddenly there's no floor and you're just falling down into a black abyss? Yup. That's the miserable feeling I felt. I kept thinking to myself; "Ya Allah, please don't let them ask for stupid things like the medical check-up sh@t and 200 gazillion borangs!! I went thru that crap already and I ain't goin' thru all that again!!"

Nervousness

But my nightmare came true...Once I got there, I noticed girls holding on to the x-ray files. My heart practically went *CLUNK!* at the sight of those dreaded brown files. I wanted to run away and never set foot in a university again, education and work be damned! I took big gulps of air and tried not to burst into tears as we unloaded and packed everything from Abang's car. Getting all of my stuff in the room I was assigned to was such a pain! And then I unpacked everything and put them in my closet. I'll have to admit the rooms in Puncak Perdana were fantastic! But I still had that brimming feeling of utter doom.

Scared To Death

So I go over to the other room in that apartment and shyly asks the girl if she was new.

"Are you new here? I mean, is this your first time getting into university?"

"Yeah," answers the girl.

"Oh, I've been in UiTM before but I did ASASI TESL and I've been through all of that MMS thing!"

She doesn't get anything but the next girl I met told me a right horror! Her name was Biha.
And she told me it was all because I clicked on the wrong link! She said when we checked on the upu website the link that directed us to the surat tawaran was not what we should have clicked on. What we should have done was go right into the student portal link and then get our surat tawaran. The one in the student portal would've stated the beautiful date: 3rd July. The one on the 27th was for all the kids to go over and live in Puncak Perdana for one miserable week for that MMS thingy and then pack up and move over to the main campus once all the MMS crap's over! Why on earth would anybody plan something as stupid as that?? Why send kids to live in a god forsaken place in the middle of no where only to have them travel back to the main campus??? Honestly, I think it was some sorta brain wash thing they did to kids. You know; the whole get-them-to-a-god-forsaken-place-and-brainwash-them kinda thing?

Brainwash

And once I found this whole thing out, I told this lady everything and she sympathized with me. She told me I had two options; 1. That I stay for the sh*tty MMS thing again and just wait for the buses to come and take me back to the main campus like all the other girls or 2. I packed up my stuff myself and go back to Penang to get all of the medical check-up and borang thingy done then go back to Shah Alam and straight away daftar diri kat kolej dlm main campus. I chose option 2. Imagine the horror of getting all of those things back down from the 4th floor.

So now I'm back home. YAY!!! But it'll only last for a few days...:( I'll have to call that lady again and ask her where should I daftar diri. It's all so complicated, yeah? I hate how the whole system works! I almost died that night by carrying all of those heavy things. It was exhausting.

Today, I've printed out everything I needed to and I've done that sh*tty medical check-up thing. I just need to get all of the other photostated copies chopped and signed by a grade A officer. Ya Allah, I hope I won't get into any trouble once I'm there at the main campus. I pray for that.

On to Wacko Jacko.

1958-2009

God, I was so sad the morning I was leaving for Puncak cuz' that was the morning I found out that Michael Jackson died.

The world had never known a better singer, dancer, performer or artist. He was truly great at his craft; a real genius. So gifted and talented. Justin Timberlake could try to dance like MJ but it still won't look as good! No one could copy Michael Jackson! Michael Jackson was simply unique! He was on a whole different level.

You ask anybody, be it your very own maid from Indonesia(I actually did ask my maid that when I was 10), everybody knew who Michael Jackson was.

People took advantage of him and made him out to be a sick pedophile. Well, if he was such a sicko how come the police couldn't find anything on him? You know pedophiles would have their ways of satisfying their sick needs ie. photographs, websites, videos, etc, etc. Pedophilic rings are always like that. But nobody could pin a thing on Michael. And why would one of the parents of said abused child want to settle such a horrid act outside of court? If your child was sexually abused would you just give it up like that? Wouldn't you wanna see the sick dude rot in jail?

He was a humanitarian. He loved children and he himself was like a child. He saw the world with the eyes of child. He had that sweetness and innocence to him. I'm not saying he was an angel but he was not the sick person people thought he was. He tried to make the world a better place with his songs. He tried to make people aware of what the earth was turning into in Earth Song. He made people think about racism with Black and White.

People who wanted his money destroyed him and in the process rid the world of a great artist. Well, at least he's now a muslim so we'll see him in heaven. :)

KITTYIIIIEEEE!!!!!!!

Cats...Cats are such beautiful creatures aren't they? I just love cats. There's something going on with them, don't you guys think? The way they move...All sleek and sexy. Wish I could move like that. Instead I was blessed with utter clumsiness and have been known as a klutz, 'budak cemerkap' and other stuff of the same meaning. They're also a bit like babies. You know how sometimes when you look at babies and you think "OMG, they're just sooooo CUTE!! It's like they know they're cute!!" Kucing pun samalah jugak....It knows the power of its cuteness and that it is capable of rendering even the most stoic and aloof people utterly helpless due to its cuteness factor. Kittens are especially cute! Just thinking about them makes me feel like I wanna grab one and cuddle it to death. Natch. Sai once said to me, "You're like the animal psycho killer version of Albert Fish, y'know that!" Lmao. That was cute Sai.

Anyway, I used to have a cat of my own. Two cats actually. The first was called Muffin. Yeah, we like to name our cats with utterly cute and soppy names like that. I personally think it maximises the cuteness factor of a cat. The second kitty was called Baby. See what I mean about the names? What could be cuter than Baby? She was the sweetest most manja kitten in the world. I used to cuddle her and rock her like a real baby and sang her lullabys and watch her sleep in my arms. Utter cuteness!!! She had the sweetest purr too. It was a sound that said "Feed me cuz' I'm cute!"

Muffin was a male cat and Tok Mummy used to call him a gangster! No kidding! But he was cute though and had a particular soft spot for Abang. What am I saying? Abang had a particular soft spot for him! That cat actually died while waiting for my bro. It was so sad...Sometimes Abang says that Muffin will one day return to us. I think that's never gonna happen cuz' when they don't come back then that could only mean that it is the end for them. Poor sweet dears. We truly loved them though.

OMG! She looks a whole lot like Baby!

Cats...I remembered one cute picture of a cat once posted in the Malaysian magazine Gempak. Could never forget that one.

Here are some pics of kitties getting all creative and cute with glass...

I clearly DO NOT like parties...

Oh great! This is your idea of getting 'snug'?

"Plenty of space for me to tap dance!"

"Soooo...Your a boy, huh???"

"Whatchu lookin' at, punk?"

"Hic! Squeeze me!"

"Hey, Tony! Why don't you, uh, fill me up a bit, eh? 'Preciate the gesture there!"

"Minum cam aku lg puas hati!"

"Tak! Minum cam aku lagiiii pueh hati hang! Haaa, ambik hak yg nih!"

Me: "Ewwwww! Grossness!"

And perhaps a couple of drinks too...Damn kitties! They can get away with doing the most disgusting of things too. Way to go for the cuteness factor.

Outing with Buds!

Okay that was a whole lotta fun. Sedih sebab the rest of our familiar faces weren't there though. Oh, Elani-chan why did you move to horrible Shah Alam?? Let's take it from the top then, shall we?
Woke this morning at 8.00 am. (I know, early!) Groggily crawled back to my own room (slept with my mom cuz' I practically knocked out on her bed). At 9, threw away the covers to go have breakfast. Hm, today was toast and half-boiled eggs. Yum.

Watched American Idol Finale! It was a cool show. Every year, American Idol always gives off a great party and viewers can't help but be entertained. They had American Idol judge Kara sing Vision of Love and take off her clothes (she wore a bikini underneath), Black Eyed Peas performed their latest single and I thought it was great! Legendary rock band KISS was there too and you could practically see Adam Lambert's throat when he yelled at the top of his lungs along with Gene Simmons and his buddies. I was pretty shocked Kris won coz' I was rooting for Adam but Kris is good. He's cute. He's like a little hamster or something equally adorable...Whereas Adam...Wow, he's flamboyant, outgoing, edgy and gay gay GAY as hell!! America didn't want Adam to win cuz' he's gay obviously...At least, America has some hope left in them...

Moving on, went to Queensbay mall for our outing. It was just me, Tqah, Nishi and Hafiz. Missed my BJ buds...I think it's been a long time since I last saw them.

We bought our tickets first. Tqah and I had discounts cuz' we brought our student cards along with us but Nishi was moaning and whining instead. He'd went and forgot about student cards and had to pay RM 10 for the ticket...When you're a student I say use every single little advantage you've got! RM 4 ain't such a small amount when you really get down to it. You could get like, a sundae at McD's (boycotting it tho :P) or a plate of french fries at Dave's Deli or a notebook or something...Well, you get the picture.

Hafiz overslept and so we had to wait for him. Surprise surprise.

Atiqah and Nishi decided to eat at Dave's Deli (haha, tu la cm ne dpt tau price french fries dia). Atiqah ordered fettucini I think and Nishi had this special combo stuff which consisted of a small portion of spaghetti and an equally small portion of lasagna. I didn't order anything at all cuz' I'd already eaten.

Nishi actually went and mixed EVERYTHING up on his plate! He rolled everything into one big huge pile of food...Everything, the coleslow, spaghetti, lasagna all thrown into a heap...It was the most disastrous thing ever! Nishi had the gall to call it art! Art!! I ask of you!

"You call it gross, I see it as a creativity!" he declared and proceeded to gulp down huge amounts of "it".

Nishi calls it creativity
I call it "CRAZY"
Nishi the Sushi

Even Hafiz thought some of the things Nishi had eaten were just plain weird! Well, me and Atiqah tried a bit of Nishi's creation and thought "Hm, boleh tahan rasa dia..." We did it grudgingly though. Huhuhuhu...

Atiqah thought her fettucini was a bit dissapointing. I had a bit of that too and I had to agree with her. It was alright but nothing "Ooh, jumping outta your seat WOW!!!"

Tiqah at Dave's Deli

We watched Night At The Museum 2 and it was hilarious! Really funny and entertaining. I think I'd prefer it more next to Wolverine. Abang said Wolvy wasn't so good so...Ben Stiller did a good job! Owen Wilson and Steeve Coogan was really cute as the miniature Jedediah and Octavius! They were so adorable and funny! That squirell part tu was just so LOL material!
Night At The Museum 2

Octavius and Jedediah

Anyway, the movie starts off with Ben Stiller being an inventor and having created the Glow in The Dark Flashlight; he's no longer a night guard at a museum. A few minutes into the show, he later on finds out that the wax figures at the Museum of Natural History (where he used to work) are being taken away to another place. He was upset and tried to find ways to stop the museum from crumbling. Unfortunately, nothing worked.

Soon, he gets a call from lil' Jedediah saying they needed help from Kahmunrah, Ahkmenrah's brother who's determined to steal that tablet thingy to rule the world and stuff.

Larry (Stiller) rushes off to save his friends and teams up with Amelia Earhart whom he has a romantic interest in.

Amelia Earhart

The Thinker

They bump into various exhibits as they try to save Jedediah from being drowned in a sand hour glass. Some of the things they bumped into included a giant squid, 'The Thinker', Albert Einstein bobble heads, and even more. In the end, everyone is saved and Larry returns to being a night guard. It was a really good movie. I think all of us enjoyed ourselves thoroughly.

I can't wait for another outing...Well, later.

Akame!

Currently in love with Akanishi Jin and Kazuya Kamenashi from KAT-TUN. Most people who are not J-pop fans will probably not know them. But everywhere I go, I keep bumping into Kame and Jin DVDs at DVD stores. I realised they're really quite popular. Wow, and I thought I had them all to myself. Abang says they look like little faggots. He calls them names like "Bapok!" or "Eeee! GAY!!" Yea, my bro's a homophobe. I'm not exactly a homophobe but I don't believe in same sex marriage at all. It's just part of the religion baby. No hard feelings.

Akame

Abang calls them that coz' they're obviously pretty boys. Pretty boys...There's something so ultra appealing about that term. As far as I'm concerned, women have always had a thing for pretty boys. It's like we're most attracted to these faces that have a slight feminine touch to them. My list of boy toys have only had pretty boys on them. There was the occasional Christian Bale and Hugh Jackman (more of a rugged type, eh?) but the rest were all bishonens.

First pretty boy on the list goes to Sagara Sanosuke from Rurouni Kenshin. He was pretty cute. And lasted quite a while too. 3 years to be exact. I liked him since I was 9...

Sagara Sanosuke

Second on the list, was probably Sanzo from Saiyuki. Saiyuki had loads of hotties though so that's a bit hard to discern. I guess it ranged from Sanzo to Gojyo to Homura....Man, they look like Kame though...
Genjo Sanzo

Homura Taishi

I think the next dude was probably Johnny Depp from Pirates....
Jack Sparrow

JD from Chocolat. *DROOLS*

I'll just list 'em down so it'll be easier...
  1. Garett Hedlund-Four Brothers (Thought he was a major hottie)
  2. Stelios-300 (Had a bit of a thing for him throught the whole 2006)
  3. Christian Bale-Shaft and Dark Knight (My Gawd, this man is sexy! He had such a nice physique too)
  4. Hidan-Naruto (Ooooh, he was sexy! Foul-mouthed and silver haired! Who wouldn't love 'im?)
  5. Sasuke-Naruto (Didn't like him at fisrt. Grew on me later!)
  6. Itachi-Naruto (Sasuke's smexy brother! Uchihacest!)
Christian Bale

So yeah, I like bishonens. It's not about being sexually attracted to women or anything. I don't like girls cuz' well, I'm just as equiped (if not better, if I do say so myself)...Pretty boys on the other hand. Oh, they're just soooo lovely to look at. This post has been only for my own pleasure. I just wanted to write something yg memuaskan hati....Atiqah wrote about a hottie Frenchy once so I wanna do the same.
